“Cart only” means the cartridge or label may have light to moderate wear, but remains in very good shape. No stickers or writing or tears.
“Cart only in poor condition” means the cartridge or label is worn, torn, has stickers or has been written on.
The “Complete in Box” version may have some minor shelf wear, but is in very good condition.
